AYIO Marketplace is operated by AYIO Financial PTY LTD (ABN 41 670 505 816). The platform is an advertising service only. We are not a licensed motor car trader (LMCT), motor dealer, or auctioneer. We do not act as agent, broker, or intermediary for any buyer or seller. All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must be at least 18 years old.
Buyers: You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, inspections, and legal checks before any purchase. Sellers: You warrant that information in your listings is accurate and that you have legal authority to sell.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, AYIO Marketplace: (a) makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy of listings; (b) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions between users; (c) is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. The AYIO brand, design and code are owned by The Trustee for Andrew Panayi Family Trust.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
